The Android app stores templates, customer notes, call history, and follow-up reminders on your device. Android permissions control access to calls, contacts, notifications, and overlays.

The account service stores your assigned phone number, business name, password hash, plan, registered device details, and authentication records. Administrators can manage access and view account and device information.

Passwords are hashed. The web pages use secure session cookies for sign-in and do not include advertising or analytics scripts. Server access logs may include IP addresses and request details.

Opening a reply in WhatsApp or SMS passes the message to that app. Review the message and recipient before sending; those services have their own privacy practices.

For account changes or deletion requests, contact the administrator who provided your credentials. This page describes the current manually managed release.
